WHO WE ARE
Luxdeco is a CNC design and decoration business based in Gampaha. We work with patterns and materials to create panels and decorative elements for the spaces people live, work and gather in.
Our focus is architectural decoration: the screen that gives a room its own rhythm, the wall that becomes a focal point, the small furniture detail that makes a piece feel personal. We see these details as part of the whole space.
Luxury is the direction behind our name and our work. For us, it is expressed through a considered pattern, a suitable material and a composition that feels intentional. It can be bold and expressive, or quiet and refined.

CNC decoration brings together an eye for pattern and an understanding of how that pattern works in a material and a space.
Decorative cutwork is at the heart of Luxdeco. We work with geometric, organic and ornamental patterns to turn a sheet material into a feature with rhythm, depth and character.
Pattern · Proportion · Cut detailOur work extends beyond cladding to foam boards, wood, wooden panels, acrylic sheets and other suitable materials. The material becomes part of the design, shaping how a pattern looks and feels.
Surface · Texture · Material characterWe create decorative panels and elements for spaces inside and outside. From a room divider to a feature backdrop or an architectural accent, the intended setting guides the design discussion.
Space · Purpose · Visual impactStart with a catalogue pattern, a reference image or a decorative idea. We consider the application, proportions and material direction together, so the conversation stays connected to the space you want to create.

We begin with the space and the effect you want to create. Photographs, references and approximate measurements help explain whether you need a screen, a backdrop, a furniture detail or another decorative feature.
Start with a conversation.Choose a pattern from the Luxdeco catalogue or discuss a custom requirement. We look at the motif, panel proportions, borders and repeated sections as one composition.
See the pattern in context.Bring the material, colour direction, dimensions and intended use together. Confirm the finish, backing and relevant fixing requirements for the proposed work before moving to production.
Agree the details that matter.CNC means Computer Numerical Control: a machine follows a prepared digital cutting path. This is how a drawn pattern becomes physical cutwork in the selected material. The artwork needs to suit the material and the intended panel size.
From digital pattern to physical detail. The cut panel is one part of the result. Edges, the agreed finish, backing and the surrounding space all affect its appearance. Any finishing, delivery or installation arrangements are confirmed within the individual project scope.
Consider the complete result.WHAT YOUR SPACE COULD BECOME
Our decorative language can take many forms. Explore applications for rooms, architectural features, furniture, displays and special occasions.

Room dividers, bedroom backdrops, feature walls and considered furniture details.

Office back panels, reception features, retail displays and hospitality settings.

Exterior decorative features, entrance surrounds and ideas for memorable arrivals.
THE LUXDECO APPROACH
Start with the role the feature plays in the space. A beautiful pattern becomes more meaningful when it belongs to its setting.
Let the surface, colour and cut detail work together. The final material choice should suit the proposed use.
Bring references and expectations into the brief. Confirm dimensions, finishes and project scope so the idea has a clear direction.
